Our Client is looking for an Area Sales Manager - with a proven record in driving high-performance teams. This role would be Dublin based across seven locations. This International Company expects their team to deliver fantastic results in a fast-paced sales environment.
Your key responsibilities
· Ensure Sales team targets and KPIs are achieved
· Focussing on sales technique needs based selling and sales effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
· Manage all people issues relating to staff within your area, following the correct HR procedures
· Maintain a performance driven culture within the business
· Maintain a fun and competitive sales environment
· Build a strong leadership team with expert functional skills
· Monthly performance meetings
· Analysing the business needs
· Dealing with commercial reports to maximize sales
· Ensure effective training and coaching is provided
· Provide monthly reporting to the General Manager
· Monitoring Stock across all locations
The key requirements
Essential for your success in this role, you will possess:
· Proven track record in a similar role within a management/sales environment
· Ability to manage and influence multiple sales teams
· Ability to consistently exceed sales targets
· Experience managing multiple sites
· Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
We are looking for a candidate who will be able to 'hit the ground running' and are comfortable with adapting to new surroundings and procedures etc. You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and an ability to interact with people at all levels.
If you have Store Manager experience within a high turn over store you may be considered for this role.
