Position: Assistant Managers Location: Republic of Ireland Salary:
€30k + Start Date: ASAP We are currently seeking a number of Assistant Managers for a fantastic position with one of Ireland's Fastest growing Large Volume retailers in the greater Connaught and Munster area, the role requires a candidate that is highly driven and determined with a passion for retail for this fast paced well known retailer.
The Role of Assistant Manger - Day to day running of large departments within the store.
- To ensure compliance within the store and that the store team drive Sales and KPIs.
- You will lead the Department team, coaching and motivating colleagues to ensure that superior customer service is delivered.
- Delivery of exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance
- Working within a fast paced retail environment that will be very hands on
- Compliance to Health and Safety standards set within the company
Requirements of an Assistant Manager - 3-4 years retail management experience
- Experience within a Multi-Million turnover retailer
- You must be a hands on worker
- Big box or Grocery retail experience would be a plus
- Experience performing to KPIs and sales Targets
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ambitious, hard working, energetic and reliable
- Must be flexible on location
- Full driving licence
- Fluent English
