· Proven capability working with clients to enhance and develop CRM opportunities enabling organisations achieve their performance goals
· Understanding of future CRM needs and current demands in the marketplace (industry specific / cross industry)
· Capable of building strong relationships and working well as part of a team
· Proven capability in team management comprising both internal and client personnel
· Responsibility for successful execution of project deliverables
· Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, including engagement at the senior level
· Client Delivery experience managing projects from mobilisation through to implementation
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including delivery of client presentations
