Customer Service Specialist with German Language

·         Solving problems reported by customers based on knowledge of products,  services, fees, 
     procedures;

·         Supporting clients in a field of using POS terminals;

·         Create and maintain relationships with customers.

Requirements

·         Fluent command of English and German;

·         Communication skills;

·         Willingness to work on weekends and night shifts;

·         Very good knowledge of computer and MS Office;
