Key responsibilities involve managing the the day-to-day operations of a debt recovery team while providing excellent customer service to a quality client base.
Ideal candidates for this position will have:
* 4-5 years relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years of this in a supervisory/management role
* Extensive knowledge of the workings of different court jurisdictions
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Very strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively manage a team
A 3rd level legal qualification is desireable as well as knowledge of debt recovery computer software
