Job description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of the largest online global companies as Executive Assistant to their VP Managing Director for EMEA who is based in their London offices. Working solely for the VP MD some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:

· Extensive global travel coordination, dealing with various time zones, visa requirements etc

· Diary and meeting management and accompany the VP to key meetings and keynotes; both nationally and internationally.

· Preparation of PowerPoint slides, reports, briefings etc

·Responsible for all internal communication to direct reports, screening of all calls, emails and correspondence for VP

· Organizing all client entertainment, company events, conferences etc

· Working with and managing the Administrative Assistants (as lead EA) to ensure that the following information such as schedule, travel, accommodation, expenses, key contacts, meeting minutes, teams, projects etc. are all working to plan

· Constant liaison with various global offices and personnel

· Several other various ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

· Excellent communication skills - proven ability to communicate with executives, peers, the public, and others via all means of communication including telephone, email, written correspondence and in person

· Absolute minimum 5 years+ solid Executive Assistant/Senior PA experience

· Previous experience in working with large global multinational essential

· Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

· Good planning and prioritization skills

· Excellent computer skills - fluency in all Microsoft applications

· Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining organization and control

· Proactive and self-motivated with an ability to take direction
