ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - KILDARE - €27k
In partnership with its client, CPL is currently seeking an experienced Manager who has come from a fashion retail or sports retail background for a permanent role based in Kildare.
The Client:
Our client operates numerous stores across the UK and within Ireland. The stores stock the latest trends in men's and ladies sportswear. They are now looking for an Assistant Manager to join and drive their successful operations in Ireland.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for driving and increasing sales and margins across the Concession.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maximise sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI's through demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
- Inspire, lead and motivate staff through support and development.
- A proven track record of managing people.
- Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills through implementation of systems & processes to utilise resources to best effect.
- Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control & administration compliance.
- Recruitment and development of staff.
- Computer illiterate
Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 2-3 years Management or senior supervisor experience from a fashion retail background and will demonstrate strong organisational skills and business acumen.
