Duties:

Responsibility for customer collection,

Updating ageing reports,

Reconciliations and assisting in the month end close process

Handle customer enquiries,
Credit reference checks and provide payment information to customers,

Review billing and supporting documentation
-
Follow-up action or inquiry
-
Candidate will be asked to visit client in Belgium for at least 3 to 4 weeks and work from there
-
Often client visits in Belgium
Candidates must have:
-
Degree in Accounting/Finance or Economics
-
Minimum 1 year experience in Finance\AP\AR\GL
-
Customer Service experience in BPO, Shared Service Centre is an advantage
-
Fluent Flemish + English
-
Good working Knowledge of Word and Excel
-
SAP knowledge would be an advantage
