Leasing Administrator - Compliance & Booking Administrator - Region parisienne

Our client is a leader in the Financial Services industry.
We currently have a new opportunity based in the Paris area.
The Compliance & Booking role is critical middle-office role in the management of the Originations processing of new business.
The person is tasked with ensuring lease agreement packages are fully compliant to our policies and procedures prior to funding our equipment suppliers.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in this field/industry - preferably in financing IT, Office Equipment and Telco equipment, excellent administrative and organisation skills, keen attention to details, data entry skills, sales awareness, strong understanding of compliance, excellent French language as well as good English (oral and written).
Skills and experience required:
- Native level of French and fluent English
- Proven experience in a finance related function.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Ability to work accurately when under pressure.
- Strong team player with ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong PC, numerical and mathematical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate MS Office Skills.
Ideally:
- Prior Leasing Experience, in the IT, Telco and/or Office Equipment industry.
- Previous Data Entry Experience.
- Experience of eBoss & Infolease.
