French Speaking Lead Pre-Sales Engineer - Solutions for Customer Service / call centres
The Lead Sales Engineer is responsible for presenting and demonstrating the cloud solution (customer service solution) to prospects and customers. This involve strong IT skills with sales acumen.
Responsibilities and profile:
· You must have a proven track record in the development and delivery of differentiated custom solutions and presentations, including technical concepts, to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs
· You will be expected to deliver, in an effective and timely manner, on RFI / RFPs
· You must be able to orchestrate a sales cycle which requires involvement of multiple resources.
· You will be expected to design a solution to enable client's business initiatives to be realised.
· You will be expected to fully understand and clearly articulate the benefits of the solution to all levels including line of business managers
· You will be expected to proactively support relationships with customers and partners.
· You will be expected to display initiative, self motivation and deliver high quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers
· You are expected to have a minimum of 7 + years in a pre-sales or comparable position
· Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments Contact or call centre based applications experience is beneficial (Remedy, Clarify, Vantive, Aspect, Gensys, Avaya)
· Willing and able to travel occasionally
· You need to have a track record of Pre-sales success for a CRM or BI or cloud organization
· Working knowledge of related enterprise applications, relational database and web technology
· Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
· Basic programming experience in HTML and other web-based technologies
· Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment
