HR Director
(Band A)
The Human Resources Director (Band A) guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for a number of business sites in 3/4 countries.
This role is based in Poland with frequent visits to other sites located in northern Europe. The Human Resources Director coordinates and ensures utilisation of HR tools and policies, oversees services, and programs throughout the Human Resources staff; reporting to the HR Board Director and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources and recruitment issues.
Key responsibilities:
Creating and facilitating strategic overall HR planning,
Workforce planning – developing action plans in regards to the staff retention in each regional labour market,
Carrying out performance management sessions with HR Managers and Senior HR Management staff,
Providing support to the Senior HR Managers teams across all sites handling training, and talent management sessions,
Ensuring system utilisation in regards to the HR tools, processes and policies in conjunction with the corporate goals,
Handling and addressing employment and compliance issues in line with regulatory concerns,
Addressing to the Group Board HR Director any arising HR\Business risks and major issues
Negotiation with labour unions
Over seeing the compensation and benefits schemes and policies,
Overseeing Health & Safety, Welfare,and Life balance policies
Key Requirements:
· Higher education in HR\ Business areas
· Min 7-8 years of experience on managerial senior HR position in one or more Industrial Companies
· “Hands on” approach
· Analytical thinking
· Stress resistance
· Self-confidence
· Very good interpersonal skills
· Good knowledge of MS Office
