The Client:
Our clients is a large financial services organisation and they are actively looking to hire an experienced In house Recruiter for a contract role based in Dublin.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sourcing strategies and hiring plans
· Partner with Hiring Managers and build strong client relationships
· Source and screen relevant candidates and provide coaching on talent assessment
· Interview candidates and apply behavioral interview techniques
Job Requirements
· Third level degree in Human Resources or Business related discipline
· At least 5 years recruitment experience across inhouse or agency.
· Must have a passion for placing candidates and experience identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at all levels
· Excellent negotiation skills and oral/written communication skills
· Ability to deliver results with little supervision and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
