Loyalty Team Lead
Consumer Marketing
Location: Dublin
- Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Loyalty & Retention Manager and Loyalty team lead on the development of the Consumer Loyalty & Retention Strategy
- Work with Retention, Sponsorship, Consumer Revenue and Home & Broadband teams on the development of the proposition roadmap to integrate marketing assets and deliver on agreed Loyalty KPIs
- Monitor and review loyalty insights, the market and competition by segment
- Prepare plans for Prepaid, Consumer Postpay and Mobile Broadband to drive a emotional relationship with our customers
- Develop and manage Lifecycle Program plan for Loyalty. Motivate, lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver Programme Roadmap.
Skills and Experience:
- 5 years relevant experience in a large organisation within a CRM or Retention environment
- Strategic Awareness, ability and influencing skills to input and where appropriate shape both the medium and longer term strategy of the business
- Excellent leadership, people management, communication and Interpersonal skills

- Results based with a focus on customers
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships at all levels within the business.
- Change advocate - with a capability to manage a team through continuous improvement with changing resource needs
