The Client:
Our client is a large multinational and is actively looking to hire an experienced Recruiter for a contract to start ASAP
Job Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sourcing strategies and hiring plans
· Source and screen relevant candidates and provide coaching on talent assessment
· Interview candidates and apply behavioral interview techniques
· Ensure the recruitment process is compliant with legislation.
· Understand and issue contracts, visa/work permits and knowledgeable in employment law.
· Attend fairs and exhibition when necessary.
Job Requirements
· Fluent in English plus French/Spainish/German/Nordic/Italian
· Third level degree in Human Resources or Business related discipline
· At least 2 years recruitment experience
· Must have a passion for placing candidates and experience identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at all levels
· Excellent negotiation skills and oral/written communication skills
· Ability to deliver results with little supervision and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
