Role:
-Helping customers work systematically through technical problems and help customers understand the features and benefits of new products that best meet their needs.
-Taking ownership of ongoing customer issues from start to successful completion with an emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction
-Ability to resolve billing and payment queries
-Resolve complex issues and determine customer needs
-Work as part of a team to provide a high level of customer service
Required Skills and Experience:
-Fluent English plus one of the languages above
-1 year customer service experience in a call centre
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Effective team player with the ability to work independently also
What's on Offer:
This is a 12 month contract with a start date of 27th February
Salary: 22,500 per year plus a 3,000 bonus
