Job description:

Our client is looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager to lead their Orthopaedics unit. You will be based in London working for a private hospital renowned for its orthopaedics clinical excellence. Great benefits offered too. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in an Orthopaedics setting in the UK. This is a permanent full-time position. You will be providing clinical leadership as well as managing the staff (from healthcare assistants to receptionists). You will have 24 hour, continuing responsibility, for the management of the floor within the hospital, providing a visible and authoritative presence in a clinical setting. You will also be involved in administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- NMC Registered - Post grad. Orthopaedic nursing qualification - Mentorship course - Yearly Mandatory certificates (moving and handling etc...)
Experience:
- Around 5 years experience at ward sister level - Previous involvement in supporting nurse education - Previous involvement in recruitment and retention planning
