Customer Planner needed for experienced candidate to join this leading API Materials Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing customer demand to support API manufacture planning and for the co-ordination of activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Monitoring the demand management process, ensuring the process runs as planned and is accurate to support the API S&OP.
· Interaction with Global Network planners on correct and timely uploading of demand for Sales, Validation and Clinical purposes
· Prepare for the API S&OP by analysing demand variations and trends.
· Liaise with Customers and Supply Network planners to validate demand changes.
· Support New Product launches by participating in global SC team meetings and ensuring site system readiness to support initial sales.
· Confirm customer orders in respect of business rules.
· Allocate material for sale to each customer based on filing and market restrictions versus the profile of each batch.
· Coordinate product release for shipping.
· Manage Customer complaints as per established procedures.
The successful candidate will
· Have a strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Software packages.
· Be at least educated to degree level
· Ideally holds an APICS qualification
· Have at least 5 years experience in a customer service or supply chain position in a Pharmaceutical Environment.
