Product Marketing Analyst
Basic Function
The primary responsibility of this position is to drive profitable growth by leading and managing a variety of marketing and product management functions.
Responsible for all planning and implementation of product portfolio management and product development objectives on financially and/or strategically critical product lines. The individual will provide strategic direction to the product portfolio, definition to the product development process and control of established product line businesses.
Position objectives include identifying and driving market specific solutions to deliver a superior customer experience. Responsibilities will increase as the product portfolio is expanded in this key growth product category.

Specific Responsibilities
· Identify, develop and implement the appropriate marketing strategies to grow significantly business by penetration into new markets and/or new channels.
· Identify, justify and lead implementation of product portfolio expansion and/or rationalization. Drive new product introduction to the market by conducting an appropriate product-launch program, and improving product profitability.
· Recommend and justify appropriate market studies, reports and analysis necessary to support up to date market knowledge and the creation of product requirements specifications.
· Update the market information and understand its trend, competitive environment, risks & opportunities for the company's further investments for growth
- Accountable for monitoring and regulation of assigned released products. Develop monthly forecasting, demand and communicate with internal personnel to achieve customer
· satisfaction.
· Plan, substantiate and recommend product pricing for assigned products consistent with strategic business objectives and competitive market positioning.
· Plan, implement and evaluate commercial marketing activities to drive brand awareness and equity as well as complementing channel and new market penetration activities.
Experience Required:
3-5 years relevant experience in any of the following: product marketing, brand marketing, business planning or category management. Heavy construction exposure a strong benefit.
Skills/Abilities:
· Strong technical and application knowledge of product, markets and industry
· Solid problem solving skills
· Ability to work in a stand along capacity as well as within a team
· Excellent communication skills, an additional modern EU language is a bonus
· Project planning & project management skills
· MS Office capabilities
