Job description:
 

RBS Commissioners

Responsible for site inspections, test, fault diagnostics and on-going maintenance of mobile telecommunications infrastructure.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Installation, operation and maintenance of Ericsson RBS family (3G)

· Installation and commissioning of RBS 3206 and 6000

· Verify transmission paths

· Carry out test calls

· Compile handover documentation

· Adhere to applicable Health & Safety laws, policies and best practice guidelines.


Person Specification:

  • 4 years + in a similar working environment. Proven relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of networks using wireless technologies e.g. PDH, SDH
  • PC Literate (Proficient in MS Office) with good reporting and communication skills
  • Ericsson Equipment Cert
  • RBS Integration
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Flexible and enthusiastic
