Recruitment Consultants - CPL

CPL is the largest and most prestigious recruitment consultancy in Ireland. We are looking for experienced, innovative and ambitious candidates to join Cpl to continue its impressive growth over the past 21 years. Cpl has an enviable client list and continues to work on the largest recruitment projects in Ireland. Key Responsibilities:

Managing client relationships and new generating business with Cpl client accounts.
Utilising an innovative range of sourcing methods to source candidates with specific qualification and skill sets for client requirements.
Screening, interviewing & assessing candidates.
Offering candidates market and industry specific advice as required.
Matching candidates to client requirements, and seeing the recruitment process through to completion, always maintaining high standards of quality. 
Keeping abreast of market developments and utilising this information to your commercial advantage
Negotiating offers and terms of business and closing sales.
Ensuring sales targets are achieved on a monthly basis.

Key Requirements:

Third level Degree
Strong customer service skills
Ability to network and build new business relationships
Self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
A positive can do attitude
Strong organisational skills.
