FASHION HIGH STREET MANAGER- STORE MANAGER- IRISH RETAILER
In partnership with its client, CPL are currently seeking experienced high street fashion managers for our high street fashion stores nationwide.
The Client:
Our client operates numerous stores across Ireland. The stores stock the latest trends in ladies and kids fashion. They are now looking for high street managers to join and drive their successful operations in Ireland.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for driving and increasing sales and margins.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maximise sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI's through demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
- Inspire, lead and motivate staff through support and development.
- A proven track record of managing people.
- Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills through implementation of systems & processes to utilise resources to best effect.
- Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control & administration compliance.
- Recruitment and development of staff.
- Computer illiterate
Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 2-3 years Management from a fashion retail background and will demonstrate strong organisational skills and business acumen.
