Job description:

My client is currently looking to engage a Salesforce Certified Analyst for an initial 6 month engagement.

 Key Tasks/Requirements

  • Strong experience as a developer with proven experience of having worked in projects through the complete development lifecycle.
  • Experience of Salesforce API, APEX code, SOQL, XML, SOAP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Apex classes and s-controls.
  • Salesforce.com developer certification and a solid experience working with this platform.
  • Experience of preparing detailed technical and user documentation, including functional requirements, designs, training materials and test plans.
  • Excellent client facing and collaborative skills to drive consensus and leverage disparate viewpoints for optimal solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of relational database management systems, including database design and SQL.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms and technologies
  • To provide administration support for all Salesforce related requirements.
  • Reporting; perform and create reports using Salesforce
  • Weekly and daily system updates are required to be added onto the system efficiently and accurately.
  • Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
  • Manage reporting requests from different business departments and present this information in a clear, concise and accurate manner.
  • Customisation; working with the data base system to building new fields, page layouts etc; to isolate new data.
  • Analysing the data and devising new ways of effectively managing the data.
  • Presentations and demonstrations of new procedures and abilities of the program are expected to keep abreast of all programme up dates.
  • Train others on the system updates.
