My client is currently looking to engage a Salesforce Certified Analyst for an initial 6 month engagement.
Key Tasks/Requirements
- Strong experience as a developer with proven experience of having worked in projects through the complete development lifecycle.
- Experience of Salesforce API, APEX code, SOQL, XML, SOAP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Apex classes and s-controls.
- Salesforce.com developer certification and a solid experience working with this platform.
- Experience of preparing detailed technical and user documentation, including functional requirements, designs, training materials and test plans.
- Excellent client facing and collaborative skills to drive consensus and leverage disparate viewpoints for optimal solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of relational database management systems, including database design and SQL.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms and technologies
- To provide administration support for all Salesforce related requirements.
- Reporting; perform and create reports using Salesforce
- Weekly and daily system updates are required to be added onto the system efficiently and accurately.
- Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
- Manage reporting requests from different business departments and present this information in a clear, concise and accurate manner.
- Customisation; working with the data base system to building new fields, page layouts etc; to isolate new data.
- Analysing the data and devising new ways of effectively managing the data.
- Presentations and demonstrations of new procedures and abilities of the program are expected to keep abreast of all programme up dates.
- Train others on the system updates.
