Senior Retail Channel Manager - ROI
We are currently looking for an inspirational and highly motivated Senior Retail Channel Manager to drive growth in Ireland. You will be responsible for managing numerous projects for the company and working closely with numerous departments in implementing procedures, policies and structure across the company.
Your Key Areas of Responsibilities will be:
· Drive Sales and Revenue Across the sector and provide strategic direction for the team
· Driving customer growth, retention, upselling and reducing churn
· Building, leading, developing a dynamic and highly effective strategic plan and rolling out this plan in the ROI
· Developing operational marketing tools to manage a rapidly growing company
· Driving customer usage and innovation with regards to applications and service
· Developing KPI's for your team in line with commercial business strategies
· Streamlining standards and procedures nationwide.
Ideally you will have:
· Excellent Project Management Skills
· Ability to analyse data, generate reports and incorporate this data into the overall strategy for the company
· Comfortable analysing analytical data and working with numerous applications.
· Strong People Management Skills
· Good communicator and presenter at a senior level with experience working through complex business models
· Ability to manage and motivate team to get the most out of individuals
· Ability to be flexible and change to meet the many requirements of the role.
· Experience managing budgets
· A background and evidence of achieving high sales performance
· Strong Sales & Marketing Acumen
· Excellent negotiating skills
Salary:
Circa 60K plus Bonus and an excellent package
