Telecommunications Business Analyst
Our client is a world leader in telecommunications industry are currently looking to recruit a Telecommunications Business Analyst.
The role:
Identify, define and deliver business improvement opportunities through analysis and critical reasoning. Build in depth understanding of products, processes, systems and market practices to support business plan execution, whether business as usual or transformation related. Develop and manage short and longer term customer experience strategy through engagement with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Analysis of the current and future state of business in line with strategic objectives in order to support identification of project demand at both the regional and enterprise level.
Driving customer usage and innovation with regards to applications and service
Building, leading, developing a dynamic and highly effective strategic plan and rolling out this plan in the ROI
Define the customer experience in all channels in order to differentiate and deliver through the programme
Streamlining standards and procedures nationwide
Skills / Competencies Required:
Excellent communication skills required
High levels of enthusiasm, commitment, and energy required
Must be flexible to travel
Good working knowledge of MS Office required
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
